Responsibilities:-
- Drive new sales, revenue generation and customer base for education business in a given territory
- Design and manage the entire end to end sales process for your territory including lead generation and conversion through multiple sales approaches such as inbound, outbound and field sales.
- Able to make required and frequent visits to the schools, follow-ups, documentation, and maintain customer relationships.
- Should have a good knowledge of the assigned territory including geography, networking and business events, leads, etc.
- Any other activities assigned by your reporting manager.
- Should have your own laptop and two-wheeler.
Requirements:-
- 2-4 years of experience in field sales, in schools.
- Graduate with clear communication skills in speaking, writing, and presentation.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google sheets, Word, e-mails, etc.
- Self-starter, ownership to design action and deliver results in new settings
Required Skills:-
- Successful track record in B2B & B2C sales.
- Experience in sales, marketing field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Local Language.
- Experience in sales techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets, presentations and Emailing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with company / individual targets.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
